Arnikon Hoists, which are an engineering product, have been designed to increase the aesthetic appearance, convenience of manufacturability during assembly / disassembly. Single girder and double girder hoists; It consists of 5 main groups: Lifting Group, Travelling Group, Drive Group, Hook Group and Boom Group.
Before the demountable system was used, different lifting groups with the same tonnages were designed for our VDH / VDMH series hoists. The lifting group was welded on the boom group, the structure formed by the large pieces reduced the paint capability and damaged the visual integrity of the product. For these reasons, our demountable lifting groups have been designed considering these problems. As a result;
• Using the same lifting groups with the same tonnages for our VDH / VDMH series trolleys, • Ease of during maintenance and malfunction, • Fast production / fast delivery thanks to the ease of manufacture, • Precise manufacturing thanks to the reduction in part size, • Increasing the paint and coating ability of the parts thanks to the structure formed by smaller parts, • Manufacturing of products with high corrosion resistance and long life, together with increased coating ability, • Painting the whole parts before assembly has increased the visual integrity of our hoists.

The bogie system has come up as an engineering product to increase the performance, efficiency and quality of use of the travelling mechanisms that provide movement in crane systems.
It is aimed to achieve superior performance and high efficiency at maximum loading state and maximum travelling speed with the travelling mechanisms, new generation Wheel Blocks and Bogie System.
One of the constructive elements that directly affect the operation of the travelling systems is the rails. To ensure the harmonious passage of cranes with rigid structure, to eliminate the irregularities in the positions of the rails, a balancing system was created with Bogie.
The Bogie System absorbs high vibrations that may occur when the crane operates at full load and runs at maximum speed and decreases the effect of centrifugal forces.
In this way, it minimizes rail / wheel wear and the risk of derailment that may occur in cranes with high working capacity.
Bogie System (Fixed and Moving Group), which is also used in the Travelling mechanisms of Hoists, ensures that the wheels are always pressed and the load is distributed proportionally to the wheels.
Thanks to the evaluations, tests and positive feedbacks, we observe that our crane travelling systems have achieved superior success together with the Bogie System and Wheel Blocks.

Effects and importance of wheel blocks on the travelling systems

One of the most important equipments of the travelling systems that are exposed to constant strength (dynamic/static) is Wheel Blocks.
Constructive requests that directly affect the operation of the travelling systems should be prioritized. Because it is thought that these requests will reach the effective success and high performance targeted at the maximum loading state and maximum execution speed of the crane.
With such a prediction, operational safety, adequate life, ease during assembly/disassembly, quiet operation, easy maintenance/lubrication, etc. such requests are qualities that must be found in each travelling system.
For this purpose, considering the aforementioned problems, Wheel Block has emerged as a design and engineering product for travelling systems.
Wheel Blocks, which is an R&D product, is produced as a completely domestic design and specially designed monoblock body. Producing as a monoblock body provides ease in the assembly/disassembly process.
It has a quieter and more sensitive bearing system compared to its alternatives, thus increasing the life of the bearing, the wheel and the gearbox, thanks to the adjustable wheel center, it provides +/- 15mm movement in the centers where there are rail defects.
As a result of these evaluations and thanks to the positive feedback we have received from the customers, we believe that the Wheel Blocks satisfy the demands that should be found in the travelling systems and achieve the targeted effective success and high performance.
