Double girder overhead cranes have no limit in capacity. We have production in the desired capacity.

Double girder EOT cranes are generally used in buildings that do not have altitude problems and have a large axle range.

Bridge beams are optimized to be the lightest and strongest according to the relevant working class according to DIN and FEM standards.

Provides higher lifting height than single girder overhead cranes.

  • Overhead Traveling Crane Systems are designed in accordance with ISO, FEM and DIN norms.
  • In Overhead Cranes, mechanism selections are made in accordance with the desired lifting and running speeds and working class.
  • Bridge beam deflection is calculated as 1/1000 at most.
  • Wheel Blocks, an R&D product, provide convenience in the assembly / disassembly process. By having a quieter and more sensitive bearing system compared to its alternatives, it increases the life of the roller, wheel and gear box, and thanks to the adjustable wheel center, it provides +/- 15 mm movement in the centers where there are rail defects.
  • Overhead cranes projects are completely done by our own engineers.
  • The analysis of bridge crane beams is done with ANSYS program when necessary.
Overhead Crane Technological Features
  • Overhead traveling cranes double speeds are provided by a double-speed electric motor and precisely with a frequency inverter.
  • With motor drivers, namely frequency inverters, both stop & start sensitivity is provided and load safety is achieved.
  • Brakes are high torque spring-loaded negative brakes, with twice the torque of the maximum capacity.
  • Crane Endcarriages consist of wheel blocks made of GGG50 material. These wheel blocks are processed precisely with the latest technology, providing long life at the point of bearing and wheel life, as well as providing great advantage in reaching the desired high speeds.
  • The wheel is driven by a multi-key system, minimizing the wear on the wheel and drive shaft.
  • Crane remote controls are provided by local product radio frequency remote control
  • Gantry Crane design and manufacturing technology nearly same with overhead Crane system.
  • Loadcell, in other words load-cells, are used for overload protection in traveling cranes.

Overhead Crane  Production Features
  • Crane bridge beams are producing by welding and using quality certified sheets metals are checked by non-destructive methods, and the dimensions are controlled according to TS-EN-1090
  • All of the outsourcing of bridge beams is welded with submerged arc welding robots.
  • Sandblasting and painting processes are applied according to world standards in the production of crane bridges. Coating or special paint applications can be made, taking into account the working conditions of the crane. We can paint in special colors requested by our customers.
  • The cranes can be controlled with push buttons that can move along the beam, as well as remote control or from the cabin.
  • Single or double line C profile cable trolley or I profile cable trolley for heavy conditions can be preferred as current receiver festoon line along the traveling bridge
  • Hall length current receiving system of traveling cranes; wire-over-wire electrical installation, closed busbar installation or C-profile cable trolley electrical installation and current receiving systems can be preferred.

  • All of our overhead cranes are designed in accordance with occupational health and safety standards and procedures.
  • overhead top running cranes have a maintenance platform in accordance with the standards.
  • Travel limiting limit switches are used for all directions.
  • T-type limit switches are available for rounder switch, crane trolley and bridge endcarriages for crane lowering and lifting
  • All of the limit switches are double stage in the slow & stop logic.
  • There are shock-absorbing plastic raw material derivative wedges on the ends of the crane undercarriages.
  • Overload protection, residual current relay, PTC thermistor, collision sensor, emergency stop button, audible / illuminated warning & warning siren are standard protection units in all our overhead cranes.
  • Along with the travelling crane operating manual, the crane electrical diagram and the manuals of all the electrical & electronic parts used in the system are delivered to the customer in the crane electrical panel.
