OVERHEAD CRANES

Electrical Overhead Travelling Cranes are a reliable and economical solution as well as offering practical and technological use in lifting, handling and carrying operations of industrial loads. Machine manufacturing, iron and steel and rolling mills, hydroelectric and thermal power plants, mines, ports, transportation sector are the main areas of use for overhead cranes with overhead traveling bridges. Overhead top running cranes have unlimited derivatives to produce solutions for lifting, transporting and stacking jobs in the industry and industrial sector. As with gantry cranes, Double girder overhead crane and Single girder overhead crane , standard overhead cranes are the most used types, and the other types are generally derivatives of these two. FEM standards and DIN norms in all types of overhead cranes are our cornerstone as Arnikon Brand from design to manufacturing, from assembly to service. Dynamic and static analysis of all overhead crane bridges and handling and lifting groups have been performed and optimized.

GANTRY CRANES

Gantry cranes are generally used in open areas, where a closed area is not needed, and can also be used indoors. The design, engineering, manufacturing and all kinds of technical service of the gantry Crane, which can be used in shipyards, rolling mills, enterprises serving the iron and steel industry, stock areas, marble shops, industrial facilities in machinery manufacturing, and any business that needs to lift loads, is our job. Although gantry cranes are referred to as open area cranes or external cranes, they also have applications in closed areas. ARNIKON Engineering, manufactures three types of gantry Crane models as Single Girder, Double Girder and Semi-Gantry as right / left protruding or non-protruding (overhang) in accordance with the criteria such as DIN norms and FEM standards with advanced production technologies and processes as a result of R & D department.

PROCESS CRANES

Process cranes, which we call special cranes, which work under heavy operating and intensive use conditions, are custom designed as customer-oriented and designed with a high engineering infrastructure. Solutions are offered with semi-automatic or fully automatic cranes according to the process needs of each sector. FEM class high heavy-duty process cranes used in the iron and steel industry, heavy industry facilities and similar industries are cranes where load attachments such as bucket, polyp or electromagnet can also be used. We can also manufacture Ex-proof cranes of all classes working in environments with petrochemical and similar flammable and explosive materials. Smart crane systems, shaft process cranes,transfer trolleys, hydro power cranes, shipyard cranes, container cranes, jib cranes, rotary trolley type cranes, ex-proof crane systems, ladle cranes and more crane systems..

CRANE KITS

Traveling crane kits are lifting and handling equipment of overhead cranes or gantry cranes. As Arnikon Engineering, traveling crane trolleys and traveling crane endcarriages with high engineering design are manufactured in our factory as semi-finished products and offered to our customers. We have a standard production of 1 ton to 40 tons, and we also have alternative productions in different working classes and different speeds.
